FIELD: tannery, tanning, dyeing, leather fat-liquoring processes in leather production of shoes tops, lining leather and leather split. SUBSTANCE: production line additionally has apparatus for foams production, apparatus for emulsion production, that are located side by side with suspended reinforced drum to carry out tanning and fat-liquoring. Apparatus to produce emulsions has tanks with heating and mixers for hydrophobic and hydrophilic phases, provided with measuring tools connected with emulsion maker. Emulsion maker is made in the form of additional tank with heating and mixer and is provided with pump to make intensive movement of mixing materials. In the case, pipeline, that connects emulsion maker with measuring tool for hydrophilic phase, has throttle to control speed of its feeding into emulsion maker. Apparatus to produce foams has tank with heating and mixer to mix solutions and dyes and organic tanning agents, provided with measuring tool, connected with foam generator. EFFECT: intensification of tanning and fat-liquoring processes, decrease of water consumption and production of wastes, saving of chemical materials. 4 cl, 9 dwg
