FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: axle of lever placed at right angle to support axis is set into specified position with the aid of drive of angular movement which is registered with pickup. Probe intended for contact with checked object is attached to free end of hollow telescopic lever. Beam of coherent radiation from radiator is divided with beam splitter into two branches, one of them passes from bearing arm of interferometer to immobile reference radiator and back and the other one, reflected from mirror, passes through optical joint formed by two matched pentaprisms to measuring reflector of interferometer through focusing element. Reflected signal returns to beam splitter where it interferes with reference signal. Deviation of shape of surface from nominal value is presented on display and is registered by printer. Hollow telescopic lever is moved to next section of object specified by program by means of drive of angular movement and entire cycle of measurement operations is repeated.
