FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has source of elastic vibrations (vibrator) in the form of pumped working fluid 2 of electrical discharging chamber 3 with built-in positive electrode 4. Electrical discharging chamber 3 is made in the form of firm body 5, in which piston-membrane 6 is built. Bottom of the piston transforms into waveguide- emitter 8. Between piston-membrane 6 and bottom 10 of electrical discharging chamber 3 hermetically sealed cavity 14 is formed, that is connected with pneumatic system, provided with pneumatic distributor, through which cavity 14 alternatively communicates with system of compressed air and atmosphere. In the case, waveguide-emitter 8 exercises oscillations with given amplitude-frequency characteristic. Source of elastic vibrations is fixed on turning boom. Mechanism of boom movement is made as carriage with drive for reciprocating movement. Mounted on horizontal guides rollers 20 are fixed on carriage. Boom has fixed on it rollers 25, mounted with capability to move on inclined guides. Boom, using axis, through cantilever is hinged to carriage. EFFECT: apparatus is used in metallurgy for out of furnace treatment of melted metals with increased efficiency. 3 dwg
