FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: in case of high voltage break-through between positive electrode 2 and upper part of emitter-waveguide 4, introduced in discharging chamber, part of energy of created by the event hydraulic stream falls on membrane 5, causing its vibration. The vibrations through bush with connecting ring 6 underneath, made in central part of membrane from its outer side, and ring 8, made on waveguide 4 area, connected with membrane, that mates connecting ring 6 of configuration, are transmitted by emitter-waveguide 4 into molten bath. Duration of vibrations increases and degree of separate members of structure decreases. As a result of it stability of emitting system as a whole is increased, process of waveguide change is simplified and its manufacturing cost decreases, that brings decrease of exploitation costs twice as large. EFFECT: increase of melted metal degassing degree.
