FUSIBLE GLASS FOR CONNECTION OF PARTS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract SU 1736107 A1

FIELD: radio engineering, electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compositions of glasses used in manufacture of magnetic heads for videorecording and computation equipment. For increase of crystallization stability and microhardness of glass while joining compounds of ceramic and metal elements of magnetic heads glass includes following components, per cent by mass: V2O5 49.0-60.0; B2O3 0.01-1.1; PbO 4.5-11.0; ZnO 0.01-0.9; BaO 0.01-1.0; P2O5 16.0-20.0; Sb2O5 13.0-25.0; BI2O3 0.01-2.5; CuO 0.001-0.1. Coefficient of thermal expansion of glass is (81-86)·10-71/deg, To=318-336 C, Tn.d= 352-368 C, Tmelt= 370-385 C; Tgr=480-495 C, microhardness is 363-390 kgf/mm2. Time for emergence of first symptoms of crystallization on surface of spreading drop of glass is 50-65 min. EFFECT: improved efficiency of process.
