FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rod has cutting member made in form of flat drill and has a cavity with pressure pickup inside. The rod is mounted in needle. The rod is movable and fixable in the extreme positions corresponding to the pressure pickup dimensions. Tightening member is mounted between the rod and the needle. The working end of the needle is cone having threaded outer surface, the minimum cone diameter is equal to the cutting member diameter.
