FIELD: medical equipment, applicable in surgery, physiology, pathophysiology and biology for measurement of intraosteal pressure. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body in the form of a tube with a tapered working end, cutting member, thread on the outer surface, rod-end-cap with a packing member inside it. The cutting member is made in the form of a cutter. A shoulder is made between the body surface and the working end, which for restricted and dosed penetration into the bone narrow canal. A through hole is made on the outer surface of the body, in which a pipe connection is installed with a thread inside and a tube connected by means of a flexible tube to a pressure gauge. A bolt is installed inside the pipe connected with a tapered end and a gasket. The rod-end-cap is installed for motion inside the body and provided with a T-shaped holder and a cut on the outer surface. The body is made with a threaded section at the base. EFFECT: simplified construction of the device, provided the required level of sterility in the continuous in the process of the medicinal process and enhanced reliability of its servicing. 1 dwg
