FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: system has carburetor with choke valve and throttle valve installed in air passage and two outer and inner coaxial circular chambers filled with porous hydrophilic material, chambers being connected by channel in partition, inlet and outlet holes and excess fuel collector space. System permits use of design versions of choke valve in form of turnable disks with holes, channels to pass vapor saturated fuel from one chamber into the other, collector space with float rigidly coupled with valve and choke valve operating mechanisms. Fuel passes through hydrophilic material and evaporates. Fuel vapors are mixed with air in amount depending on operating duty of internal combustion engine. Fuel-air mixture is delivered into engine cylinders. EFFECT: enhanced homogeneity of mixture and provision of optimum fuel-air ratio at all operating duties. 14 cl, 10 dwg
