One mirror of cavity has piezoelectric drive. In addition device has outer returning mirror, photodetector, two synchronous detectors, tow integrators, and generator of modulating voltage. In addition device has second automatic frequency control system which is used for alignment of centers of amplification and absorption lines and which has synchronous detector and integrator which are connected in series. Said synchronous detector is connected to generator of modulating voltage. Output of integrator is connected to piezoelectric drive of resonator cavity.
