Addition of Co, V, Y, Ce, La, B, Mg ensures to decrease TCLE value in combination with high transient strength. Alloy shows the following properties: α20-60°=8.9-12·1·10-6C-1, σ2в

0= 125-140 kgf/mm2. EFFECT: enhanced quality of alloy.
