FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: vacuum is created in cavity 14 between rigid cap 5 and flexible shell 4. As a result flexible shell 4 extends and opens channel 3 in a die base 1. Cavity 12 with workpiece 10 in it is evacuated. When vacuum rate in cavities 12 and 14 evens out shell 4 overlaps upper hole of channel 3. Further evacuation of cavity 12 is effected through radial slot 11. After evacuation radial slot 11 is overlapped with shell 4 material by means of impressing it with removable ring in an annular groove 13. Groove depth is more than depth of radial slot 11.
