FIELD: X-ray engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has bent hollow X-ray conductors arranged along meridian generating lines of barrel-shaped coaxial surfaces of revolution. Axes of X-ray conductors are directed from input and output ends to input and output functional points, respectively, located on optical axis of system aligned with geometric axis of revolution of barrel-shaped surface. X-ray conductors have variable-length internal sectional area that varies following same mechanism as external diameter of entire system. System manufacturing process involves assembly of separate X-ray conductors into bundle, installation of bundled conductor with weight into heating device, heating of bottom part of bundled conductor until X-ray conductors start stretching. Above-described operations are then repeated on opposite side of bundle. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture; improved efficiency of X-ray energy concentration. 2 cl, 1 dwg
