FIELD: X- ray and gamma ray focusing and collimating in diffraction meters, tomographs, lithographic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical housing, in which axial-symmetry body is located. Said body has two parts, one of which has barrel-shaped concave coaxial layers of capillaries; its another part has convex capillary layers. On output end of concave part ends of capillaries are directed to point, while capillaries of convex part has varied diameter along their length. Concave and convex parts of body have clamping units which are connected to housing and are mounted in it coaxial with space provided between input end of convex part and output end of concave part. Convex part has lesser number of capillaries than concave part and has mechanism for its axial movement. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 cl, 1 dwg
