FIELD: technical physics, distribution of liquid between flow core and film. SUBSTANCE: two- phase sample is taken through circular slit 12, sample is divided into liquid and gas (vapor) components and heat flow is simultaneously supplied to wall of departing flow with the aid of heater 5. Temperature of wall is measured by thermocouple 6 and results of measurements are processed with allowance for location of inflection point on graph of dependence of wall temperature of departing flow on flow rate of mixture.
