FIELD: cryogenics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for ground-based power plants and vehicles. Method of operation of cryogenic product supply system consists in pumping supply of its liquid phase with its subsequent division into two parts and control of flow rate of each part, heating the first part of the cryogenic product to the gaseous state in the heat exchanger, mixing it with the second portion and feeding the obtained mixture of the cryogenic product to the power device. First portion of cryogenic product consumption Ghe=Gmo[Cp_mo(Tpt+ΔT)-il]/[ig-il], where Gmo – consumption of cryogenic product at mixer outlet, Cp_mo – isobaric heat capacity of cryogenic product at mixer outlet, Tpt is temperature of phase transition from liquid to gas of cryogenic product at pressure in mixer, ΔT is temperature increase of gas mixture of cryogenic product at outlet of mixer above temperature of phase transition, il - enthalpy of first part of liquid phase of cryogenic product at inlet of heat exchange apparatus and second part of liquid phase of cryogenic product, which is supplied to second input into mixer, ig - enthalpy of gaseous phase of cryogenic product at heat exchanger outlet, at which it is supplied to the first input into mixer.
EFFECT: reduced freezing of heat exchanger.
