Inhibition percent of lymphosarcoma Pliss, carcinosarcoma Walker, sarcoma-37 is 66-81% Reagent 1: sucrose. Reagent 2: o-chlorobenzoic acid methyl ester. Reaction conditions: in the presence of K2CO3, in the medium of dimethylformamide, at 95-100 C, in atmosphere of inert gas. Product is isolated by column chromatography. Synthesized compound is used in medicine. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced antitumor activity.
