FIELD: rocket engineering. SUBSTANCE: head part of antihail rocket includes case 1 with radially arranged cells 2 for active elements 3 with expelling charges 4. Cells are mated to radial holes 5. Central tube 7 with pyrocomposition 9 is installed along axis of head part of antihail which houses shield 13 produced in the form of tube mounted for rotation around longitudinal axis is provided between central tube 7 and case 1. In side surface of shield 13 there are made holes 15 arranged in one plane. Shield 13 is fitted with roll stabilization system ensuring directional firing-back of active elements towards flying head part of rocket which provides for uniform distribution of active elements in cloud layer and enhanced efficiency of effect.
