FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: vessel 2 with liquid carbon dioxide 3 and time fuze 4 are placed in case 1 of head part. Sleeve 5 with stopper 7, ejection charge 9 and powder track 10 are placed in nose part of case 1. Vessel 2 has two intake branch pipes 11 joined by connection pipe 12 to space 13 of screw 14 between which turns throttle holes 17 are positioned. Sleeve 18 with perforated side surface 19 and forming hole 20 is attached to rocket 21. Case 1 is attached to rocket 21 by means of rolling bearings 23 and is provided with driving blades 25. Openings 27 are made in hull of rocket for ejection of granules of carbon dioxide. EFFECT: increased efficiency of action on clouds, simplified design with provision for capability of production of granules of carbon dioxide of any dimensions and use of incoming and aerodynamic flows for formation of granules. 1 dwg
