FIELD: laser spectroscopy. SUBSTANCE: cell has a transparent body made as narrow tube having flat faces disposed between mirrors. A narrow beam of a laser source, after multiple bouncing occurring in a certain sequence from concave mirror 3, autocollimator mirror 7, and field mirrors 5 and 6, produces on field mirrors a checkered pattern of geometrically regular light spots. The number of passages in the system is determined by the position of imaginary autocollimator mirror longitudinal axis crossing with the surface of concave mirror 3. All beam axes are parallel to the optical axis of the system. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg
