Each channel is provided with reflector, radiation source with power regulator, light filter, objective and blend 2 arranged on stabilized platform; connected to power regulators are units for determination of brightness of radiation sources where magnitudes of brightness of radiation sources corresponding to adverse weather conditions are formed on basis of data received from visibility range setting unit, meteorological visibility range measuring units and threshold illumination intensity determination units.
