FIELD: aircraft ground equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving funnel and bar with draining branch pipe. It is provided with supporting-lifting unit made in form of hollow pipe with separable unit for attachment to bar and telescopically connected with pipe supporting member with thrust bearing and longitudinal recess, lifting mechanism in form of lever whose one arm hinged to hollow pipe, and the other has handle. Besides, unit for attachment hollow pipe to bar is made in form of spring-loaded retainers interacting with circular teeth. During operation its body is extended due to hollow pipe and retained in extended position by pins. When handle is turned, lever lifts body upward that results in compression of receiving funnel fuel tank and opening of valve. EFFECT: improved convenience in handling low-located tank. 2 cl, 2 dwg
