FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: casing with ports made in sides is secured to the bottom of a tank. A sleeve, which encloses the casing, is mounted for permitting movement along the casing and spring-loaded with respect to the casing. Seals are interposed between the top and bottom parts of the pump housing and the casing. Longitudinal slots are made in the casing. Shaped grooves having the form of a broken line are made in the pump housing. The line consists of one central horizontal section and two end sections: bottom dummy section and top open vertical section. Pins are secured in the casing. The ends of the pins are received in the grooves. Projections, which define horizontal through passages, are made on the pump housing. A means for moving the sleeve is constructed as dowels secured within the sleeve and passing through the slots. The ends of the dowels are received in the through passages. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 3 dwg
