FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: anode unit has anode cylinder, set of flat slotted laminations equally spaced apart around anode cylinder circumference and directed towards its axis, and annular braces shorting out every other lamination in turn. Lamination slots are made on peripheral sections of its butt-end surfaces in the form of annular grooves affording fixation of laminations in position and their contact with inner wall of anode cylinder. Magnetron anode unit manufacturing process involves manufacture of anode cylinder, laminations, and bracing rings, their assembly and soldering. In the course of assembly laminations are secured by deforming their peripheral sections on two sides of butt-end surfaces to form annular grooves on them by means of two bushings placed in gaps between anode cylinder and mandrel. Both bushings are provided with conical internal projections. EFFECT: reduced material input and labor consumption due to improved manufacturing technique. 9 dwg
