SUBSTANCE: device contains anode-resonator system with lamellas, communication device, stabilizing resonator, energy outlet with communication slit, while communication device is made in form of cylinder, held by one end on the end of stabilizing resonator and provided with radial conductors on another end.

EFFECT: exclusion of interfering types of oscillations.
