FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: cryostat in liquid helium reservoir has heat-insulated reservoir with saturated helium (He II) where heat exchanger subcooler of He I is placed in liquid He II; arranged above vapor bath in line discharging saturated vapor of He II is heat insulated heat exchanger of Joule-Thomson cooling loop whose tube space is connected with liquid He I reservoir on one side and with throttle value on other side; vapor outlet of intertube space of heat exchanger is connected with chamber of shield being cooled of helium supply pipe line and with line feeding helium to object to be cooled through the valve. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, extended temperature range of crystatting; ease of refilling the system both on ground and on orbit. 5 cl, 5 dwg
