FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for inductive accumulator superconducting winding cryostatting. Summary consists in fact that induction accumulator superconducting winding cryostatting and power supply method includes cooling mode, current input into superconducting winding and retention of magnetic field, where inductive accumulator superconducting winding cooling is performed by forced flow of liquid helium, and current input and retention of magnetic field is provided by superconducting current converter, which is placed between accumulating tank with liquid helium and inductive accumulator superconducting winding, wherein storage tank with liquid helium, superconducting current converter and inductive accumulator superconducting winding are located in different cryostats and connected to each other by means of coaxial channels, inside of which helium line and current leads are located.
EFFECT: technical outcome is enabling simple and efficient cryostatting method.
