FIELD: ozone production. SUBSTANCE: toroidal member in pipe gas-discharging member embraces holder, mounted on current conductor, and contacts current-conducting layer of pipe. Member is made in the form of disk or two washers with conical surfaces, facing each other. Washers are mounted with clearance between each other and are pressed by spring. Toroidal member is made of closed in ring cylindrical spring, that during setting in pipe is subjected to elastic deformation and does not traumatize current-conducting layer of pipe.
