SUBSTANCE: laboratory breadboard has devices for measuring laser radiation parameters, current source for exciting working medium, and active element of laser placed between two mirrors of optical cavity. Variable-absorptivity filter is introduced in cavity working medium. Filter is provided with mechanism for its insertion in cavity and scale indicating radiation absorptivity. Current source has regulator and pumping level power meter. EFFECT: improved educational capabilities due to demonstration of effect of electromagnetic field density inside cavity. 1 dwg
