FIELD: medicine; stomatology. SUBSTANCE: skin incision is made from mastoid process along rear surface of sternoclavicular koint of opposite side, and the other incision, from the level of attachment of the anterior belly of the digastric muscle on the sound side through the greater horn up to joint with the first incision. Further on, included additionally into block of removed tissues is fatty tissue of submental triangle. During removal of tissues, limb of sternocleidomastoid muscle and musculus amohyoideus are resected. EFFECT: improved functional results and provided adequate access to tissues to be removed, and enhanced operation radicalism.
