FIELD: chemical, petrochemical, gas industries. SUBSTANCE: mass-exchanging column has seat- type structure, used in gas (steam) - liquid systems, designed for adsorption, rectification, gas washing processes, especially for vacuum rectification. Mass-exchange column has vertical body, located layer by layer supporting distributing lattices with perforations, fitting on layer on each lattice, guiding truncated cone in peripheral pa rt of column under each distributing lattice mounted with smaller base downwards, with arch-type slits on surface of cone with their salients upward and uniformly located along concentric circumferences in respect to axis of cone. Axes of arch-type slits on cone surface are directed under axis to center. In column supporting distributing lattice is made in the form of cone with vertex upwards with acute angle of generatrix to horizontal and is provided with arch-type slits with tangentially directed axes.
