FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: catalytic mixture consisting of tertiary amine, tertiary amine salt, carboxylic acid and quaternary ammonium base carboxylate at molar ratio (1.87-0.34):(0.12-0.89), respectively, in combination with alizarin oil is added to the hydroxyl-containing component involving a mixture of simple polyethers, glycols, water, surface-active substance and, possibly, catalyst of urethane-formation. Catalytic mixture and alizarin oil were added at concentration 1.2-2.8 mas. p. and 0.2-0.8 mas. p. , respectively, per 100 mas. p. hydroxyl-containing component. Then polyisocyanate is added, mixture is poured into heating metallic form. Properties of polyurethane foam specimens: density is 50,2-60,0 kg/m3, residual deformation at 150 C is 11-13 arbitrary units, stability of linear size at 95 C for 6 h is 0.1-0.6%.
