FIELD: quantum optics, spectroscopy and element analysis. SUBSTANCE: method of laser photoionization multielement and isotopic analysis of substance involves photoionization of atoms and registration of their ions which are repeated many times in the course of time of atomization of sample by cycles. Selective photoionization of atoms of each determined element ( isotope ) is provided in turn during each cycle as well as separate registration of proper ions in time intervals of their flight from analytical zone to detector in step with photoionization. Obtained ion signals are integrated separately for each determined element ( isotope ). EFFECT: expanded number of determined elements or isotopes in one sample of substance without decrease of limits of their detection, enhanced authenticity of analysis. 3 dwg
