FIELD: acceleration equipment. SUBSTANCE: accelerometer has cantilever sensitive element anchored on base. Delay lines formed by interdigital input and output converters are placed on both sides of sensitive element. Plated strips arranged at distances of quarter-wavelength of converters are positioned opposite to them. Accelerometer has n delay lines and n strips. Each delay line includes amplifier connected between input and output interdigital converters and linked to counter through pulse former. Output of each pair of counters is connected to subtracter of frequency codes which output is coupled to adder-storage circuit through switch common for all instrumentation paths. Distance from point of attachment of sensitive element to base to each delay line is determined by proper expression.
