FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: accelerometer has sensing element with transducers possessing common propagation region and relatively perpendicular direction of acoustic waves. Generators built around transducers have their outputs coupled with pulse shapers. Signals coming from pulse shapers go to counters. Signals picked off counter and read-only storage arrive at multiplier unit. Counter and multiplier unit signals go to adder. Counters, multiplier unit, adder, and read-only storage are controlled by clock generator signals. EFFECT: reduced error brought in due to temperature fluctuations. 2 dwg
