FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: accelerometer has base and cantilever sensitive element on which free part two intercoupled wedge-shaped waveguides are formed arranged perpendicular to longitudinal axis of sensitive element. Accelerometer includes differential magnetoelectric torque motor composed of windings located on sensitive element and two stators made of magnetic circuits and permanent magnet and positioned on base. Accelerometer also has interdigitated converters, amplifiers, pulse formers of positive and negative polarity, counters-registers, first and second commutators, coincidence circuit, unit of subtraction of frequency codes, pulse amplifier.
