FIELD: blasting operations. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture involves suction in of ammonium saltpeter and oil product in predetermined proportion, mixing of components, feed of mixture with compressed air for charging. Mixing of components in process of suction is conducted with rarefaction not less than 0.7 atmosphere. Mixture is fed into chamber where it is vacuumed first with rarefaction not less than 0.3 atmosphere, than it subjected to increased pressure not less than 5.0 atmospheres and finally it is delivered for charging. EFFECT: expanded application field thanks to enhanced quality of explosive by way of deeper penetration of oil product into pores of explosive. 3 dwg
