FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: device is proposed for preparation of explosive, which consists of granulated ammonium nitrate and liquid oil product, and method for preparation of explosive with application of this device. Device comprises reservoir for liquid oil product with pressure hose, bag for placement of granulated ammonium nitrate in it, perforated needle arranged inside bag for spraying of liquid oil product under head of at least 5 m/s into bag along full length of bag in the form of cylinder with sharpened end, with ratio of cylinder length to its diametre of not more than 100/1 and joined via pump and counter of liquid oil product with outlet of pressure hose. Distance between nearest holes in perforated needle makes not more than 20 average diametres of ammonium nitrate granules, and diametre of bag - not more than 50 diametres of perforated needle.
EFFECT: simplified technology of explosive manufacturing and improved accuracy of batching.
