FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field of measurement of flow rates of liquids by electromagnetic method and enables measurement precision to be enhanced thanks to correction of additive error emerging with movement of liquid through electromagnetic converter of flow. Control unit 5 set three different codes across its outputs in accordance to which frequency at output of frequency-controlled generator 1 changes and switches over multiplexers 7-9. Signal from output of generator 1 is amplified by amplifier 2 to value needed to feed electromagnetic converter 3 of flow. Signals from output of electromagnetic converter of flow go to inputs of converter 4 of signal ratio. Signal from converter 4, filters 10 and 11 of low-pass frequencies and from output of multiplexer 9 are sent to inputs of summing amplifier 12 connected to counter 13. Assessments of flow rates are read from output of counter. EFFECT: enhanced measurement precision. 2 dwg
