FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: fuel and spraying fluid are fed to the mixing zone as coaxial streams. The mixture is discharged as a ring stream. The velocity of the spraying fluid is equal to 0.1-0.7 of the flow velocity at the outlet of the mixing zone. The burner has cylindrical housing 2 and flame conductor 3 arranged at the axis of the housing to define ring vortex mixing chamber 1. Unit 6 for supplying fuel and unit 5 for supplying spraying fluid are positioned at the inlet face of the chamber. Ring openings 8 for discharging the mixture is provided at the outlet face of chamber 1. Unit 6 for supplying fuel encloses flame conductor 3. The ring opening is adjacent to the inner side of the housing. The ratio of the flow section area of ring opening 8 to the total flow sections area of inlet passages of swirler 4 is equal to 0.1-0.7. Unit 6 for supplying fuel is received in vortex mixing chamber 1. Mixing chamber 1 is enclosed by additional ring vortex mixing chamber 11 which is similar to chamber 1 and mounted coaxially to it. The additional chamber is provided with units 16 and 15 for supplying fuel and spraying fuel. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 11 dwg
