FIELD: casting production. SUBSTANCE: sand includes a total content of liquid components (1.5-2.2) mass with next ratio of ingredients melt glass (0.9-1.4)% non-hydrolyzed ethyl silicate (0.2-0.5)% amine (0.1-0.25)% NaOH γ - (0.3-1.0)% refractory filler the balance. Molds and cores of such sand allow to lower significantly an allowance for working blanks, to decrease waviness of their surface and to prevent formation of hot tracking.
