FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement of flow rate by electromagnetic method. Method consists in simultaneous generation of three harmonic components of magnetic field and in measurement of rectified mean value of sum of components of signal picked off from electrodes. This provides for independence of evacuation of flow rate from components of residual signal of zero and first degree frequency. Device for realization of method includes power supply source 1, flow rate converter 2, phase-sensitive meter of relation of signals, integrator 4 and double integrator 5. EFFECT: increased accuracy thanks to decrease of error caused by changes of components of residual signal of zero and first degree frequency of supply of flow rate converter. 2 cl, 1 dwg
