FIELD: space station equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed actuator has body, motor-flywheel in suspension, two-coordinate attitude sensor mounted on flywheel axle and torque unit. Suspension is made in form of spherical bearing; inner race of this bearing is provided with bearing of flywheel shaft and outer race is connected with body. Rotor winding is located on flywheel and stator winding is located on brackets connected with outer race of spherical bearing.
EFFECT: reduction of mass and overall dimensions.
