FIELD: electro-mechanical actuating members of orientation systems based on controllable or speed stabilized motors-flywheels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has rotor in gimbal unit, attitude sensors and torque sensors. One attitude sensor and one torque sensor are mounted along axis of outer frame. Besides that, device is provided with inner and outer universal joints connected through bearing whose axis coincides with rotor axis. Pivot axle of inner universal joint is mounted on inner frame along axis of outer frame. Other attitude sensor and torque sensor are mounted on axle of outer universal joint which is located on body along axis perpendicular to rotor axis and outer frame axis.
EFFECT: extended range of loads at monitoring of mechanical vibration converters.
