FIELD: X-ray equipment.
SUBSTANCE: X-ray apparatus has to be low power apparatus with high-frequency conversion in main circuit. Apparatus has dc voltage sources connected in series with autonomous current inverter, high-voltage transformer, high-voltage rectifier, measuring voltage divider and X-ray tube, inverter control unit, filament voltage, X-ray tube high voltage and filament current preset units, and comparison unit. Filament unit is connected to cathode of X-ray tube and output of measuring voltage divider is connected with one input of comparison unit. Apparatus also has throttle and controlled commutating element connected in series, commutating element control unit provided with operation and clock-pulse outputs, timer unit and high voltage switching unit. Throttle and controlled commutating unit are connected in parallel with primary winding of high-voltage transformer. Outputs of inverter control unit are additionally connected with clock-pulse inputs of inverter control unit. Second input of comparison unit is connected with output high voltage preset switching unit which has inputs connected with output of high voltage preset unit and output of commutating element control unit. Output of comparison unit is connected to operation input of commutating element control unit. At least one output of inverter control unit is connected with input of timer unit.
EFFECT: stabilization of spectral characteristics of low power apparatus radiation.
