FIELD: semiconductor pulse engineering; lightning surge protective gear.
SUBSTANCE: common anode of thyristors is connected to neutral lead. Their cathodes are connected to voltage leads of respective phases. Device has n storage capacitors and n auxiliary thyristors. Novelty is introduction of voltage limiter, resistor, threshold element, and three groups of isolating diodes. First lead of voltage limiter is connected to neutral lead. Second lead is connected to first lead of resistor and to first lead of voltage regulator diode. Second lead of the latter is connected to common point of anodes of first group of n diodes whose cathodes are connected to voltage leads of respective phases. Second lead of resistor is connected to common point of anodes of second diode group through threshold element. Cathode of each second-group diode is connected to first lead of respective storage capacitor. Second lead of the latter is connected to voltage lead of respective phase and to anode of respective auxiliary thyristor. Cathode of the latter is connected to gate electrode of respective controlled thyristor and gate electrode, to cathode of respective third-group diode.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
