FIELD: pulse engineering; computer-based circuits for processing electric pulses.
SUBSTANCE: proposed converter has 12-bit counter with inputs for connecting setting pulse and complementary pulses, decoder, and azimuth mark shaper whose input is connected to setting pulse input. In addition, converter has AND circuit, NOT circuit, NAND circuit, and ratio-of-ten divider counter. Output of the latter is connected to input of azimuth mark shaper; setting input is connected to setting-pulse input, and complementing input, to AND circuit output. First input of AND circuit is connected to NAND circuit output and second one, to complementing pulse input. First input of NAND circuit is connected to first output of decoder and second one, to decoder second output through NOT circuit. Decoder inputs are connected to 12-bit counter outputs.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability at reduced input information capacity.
