FIELD: metallic laser mirrors.
SUBSTANCE: three-layered lightweight laser mirror contains mirror plate, substrate plate, rigidly connected to lightweight cellular filler. Filler is a three-dimensional rod frame in form of individual metallic rods of rectangular section stacked in layers and connected to one another, positioned in one layer at given distance between each other and in parallel to each other. Rods in adjacent layers intersect, and those positioned with one layer interval are parallel to one another. Method for making three-layered lightweight laser mirror includes making lightweight filler and its connection to mirror-plate and substrate plate with following infusion of optical properties to mirror-plate. Three-dimensional foamed plastic rod model of filler is made by means of layer-wise stacking and interconnection of grates, consisting of rectangular-section rods positioned in parallel at given distance from one another. Stacking is performed so that rods of following layer are perpendicular to rods of previous layer, thus forming empty spaces. Model of filler is connected to compact foamed plastic layers, empty spaces of model are filled with dispersed high-melting filler with superposition of oscillations. Model is saturated with metallic flux with its following crystallization, then filler is removed.
EFFECT: decreased material consumption, increased productiveness of process for manufacturing three-layered metallic laser mirrors, improved rigidity and weight characteristics of same.
