SUBSTANCE: device contains high frequency generator, controllable attenuator, modulator, video impulse generator, power amplifier, transmitting cable, first and second synchronized loads, receiving cable, high frequency amplifier, synchronous detector, video impulse amplifier, two comparators, two accumulators, four time relays, reverse counter, digital-analog converter, AND element, voltage divider, amplification controller, controllable differential amplifier. output of video impulse amplifier is connected to information input of controllable differential amplifier, output of which is connected to first inputs of comparators. Second input of first comparator is combined with first input of voltage divider, while second inputs of second comparators are and voltage divider are combined. Output of divider is connected to control input of controllable differential amplifier.
