HYDROACOUSTIC DOPPLER LAG Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC G01S7/52 G01P3/42

Abstract SU 1840682 A1

FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic doppler lag receiver channel includes an acoustic antenna with four-rayed directivity characteristic, four-channel amplifier with level detectors, input signal differential frequency discriminator, two frequency summators and an indicator unit. The receiver channel includes four two-input logic "AND" circuits connected to the adjacent channels level detector outputs, a four-input logic "AND" circuit connected to the outputs of the mentioned two-input "AND" circuits, four switch devices connected between differential frequency discriminator of the adjacent channels and the frequency summators. The control inputs of these switch units are connected to the outputs of the mentioned two-input "AND" circuits. Besides, there are two frequency dividers connected to the inputs of the frequency summators, four switch units, two of which are connected to the inputs of the frequency summators, two others - to the inputs of the mentioned frequency dividers. The control inputs of all the four switch units are connected to the inputs of the mentioned four-input "AND" circuit. Also, there are two logical "OR" circuits; inputs of one of them are connected to the outputs of two switch units of one of the frequency summators, inputs of the other are connected to the outputs of two switch units of the other frequency summator. The inputs of these two logic "OR" circuits are connected to the indicator device.

EFFECT: reliability enhancement due to providing the lag operation capacity with the signal present only in three receiver channels.
