FIELD: physics; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: piezoceramic three-component vibration transducer comprises flexure sensors. Two plates positioned 90 deg to each other and cantilever-fitted at opposite sides of common base are used as sensors. Also, they are provided with piezoelements fitted to free ends thereof.
EFFECT: improved resolution for two orthogonal oscillation directions.
